The middle one is dust he killed the entire underground for love to kill the human the one on the right im guessing is undertale 13690 witch is a mix of sans and unding (no lore has been announced) and the one on the left i haven’t seen before os I’ll get back to you

Middle - "Endless Torture" InsanityDust. After several time of being beaten by the human, Insanity Sans adapts his killing techniques so he takes less damage. Presenting Undyne's semi-melted head on a bone as a claim to victory over the Guardswoman all monsters fear most.
Left - InsanityKiller. Insanity Sans strikes a deal with Chara to stop committing genocide, but instead uses their power to kill monsters more.
Right- "The Joys of Creation" Insanityhorror. Insanity Sans tries to fix the amalgamates that Gaster made, and ends up turning every monster into a grotesque nightmare. (Insamityhorror's design is outdated)
