Just built it didn’t have the materials needed it looks cool but definitely not perfect like yours (I painted mine blue and white) but I’m pretty proud of it for my first ever kit plane
Hey mate, after rewatching I do have a couple of questions. I am new to this so the might seem silly haha. I have only bought brushes and not a sprayer, do you use the sprayer just to save time or does it provide a better finish? Also, why do you paint the layer of grey before doing the yellow? Do you have somewhere to donate to your channel? All your videos and finished models are awesome! Thanks for your help mate!

Look I only use the brush just to paint small things, when it comes to big parts like the fuselage or wings I use the airbrush because it a more better finish, that’s in my case, I’ve seen others modelers doing a great job just using brush all the time but it requieres to do a good thin of the paint, on the other hand the gray base that I’m using is like a primer, the yellow color tends to be a little watery so the primer helps you to do fewer layer of paints a get a nice result!

Awesome video, did you apply a clear varnish before the decals ? So the setting solution doesn’t affect the paint? And is it necessary to seal the decals in after?

You skipped the part I was hoping to see. How did you do the strip decal that goes across the cabin windows? Did you measure and cut it before painting?
Hello! Sorry! But it is very easy, I just recommend before applying that specific decal clear coat very well all the plane. I didn’t cut it it just slide right in, by the way put a generous amount of decal setter before applying it it gives more control, And again sorry I didn’t record that specific process some parts a very difficult to record while I’m concentrating on doing a good work
Hi! Of course! The yellow is Tamiya x8 and red is Tamiya X7! But be careful with the base tone because if you add a lot of red to the yellow it would be a mess! Just a little drop! I hope your project turns out great 👍
I have purchased this kit but I've been scared to start it. You did such a fantastic job. I was worried that masking the windows before and then gluing them would make removing the tape difficult as it would be lodged between the window and frame. I'm very new and your videos have helped a lot. @@theairplaneguy4250

Disculpa pero no sabría decirte con marca humbrol, ya que el amarillo del twin es una mezcla de amarillo y rojo (XF7 y XF3 tamiya) respectivamente, una en mayor cantidad que el otro, espero te ayude mi respuesta, humbrol como es base aceite tienes que saber diluirlo muy bien si lo vas a aplicar con aerógrafo, saludos
