      Really screwed up fact I did a bit of math on British Tea and turns out the amount of sugar in it is literally insane. Turns out British Tea generally has around 500 grams of sugar for a 4 ounce cup. America's most sugared soda is Mountain Dew with 57 milligrams of sugar for a 12 ounce can. That is British tea having 1,500,000 milligrams of sugar for 12 ounce comparison. All other countries have realistic amounts of Sugar in their tea while British is the only country to turn outs out drink into something that needs a might kill you in 1 cup warning. It actually made me figure out why British have a tooth problem commonly called Fucked Up Teeth Disorder.

    I think the conflict was quite predictable all things considered. People made memes about it for years but didn’t want to consider the realities. There are even reports going back over a decade detailing how deflated and outdated Russiaball is. Russiaball tried to roll over Ukraineball but a deflated ball can only roll so far.

    • @Makapaa
      @Makapaa 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The only constant in the Eastern Europe is that Russia WILL cause problems. Date may not be determinated until later but it WILL happen. That's why stuff like Russia threatening with war or certain WMDs etc gets old so fast and/or it fits the Memes so perfectly - it is just "Business As Usual", nothing more.

    • @exodud5016
      @exodud5016 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      To be exact, it's more like anyone that knew about the situation knew that Russia would attack the moment they thought they could get away with it. What we didn't expect is for them to stop caring about the consequences and willingly put themselves in a situation that will bomb their economy.

      Typical US citizen, likely not even knowing where to find Ukraine on the map, but of course always willing to repeat absurd propaganda that got nothing to do with reality.
      Better inform yourself about NATO expansion against all promises since 1999 onwards and how the CIA and other US fascists came up with the plan how to push Ukraine into civil war via a coup and drag Russia in - so exactly what was done 2014 onwards.
      By the way: you guys got ZERO to say about Crimea, only the Crimeans do and the did what they wanted, what is no surprise.
      Choice was to massively improve their life quality - or to be slaughtered like the people in Donbass by tha Banderas praising US puppet regime.
      For some (obvious) reasons, US fascism loves to train and arm up extremists. They are doing since since many decades, hell, they made quite the deals with the original german Nazis. Rise of Hitler and his 3. Reich and Blitzkrieg would have been pretty much impossible without all that help from US oligarchs.

    13:33 "It's not that type of gas". Natural gas (of which Russia is the second largest producer, and exported more to Germany than any other country prior to the war) is mostly methane, so, erm, yeah, it actually is that type of gas.

    • @miriamweller812
      @miriamweller812 ปีที่แล้ว

      Producer does not even mean much. USA is biggest producer in oil and gas, but they got almost no reserves left (one of the reason they mass murder around the globe, to get more...).
      Russia got the by far biggest gas reserves on this planet, next is Iran and then Qatar, all three together got over 50% of world wide natural gas reserves.
      Biggest oil reserves are in Venezuela - another victim of US aggression, brutally ruined by it, even if the regime changes did not work out.
      Overall while the USA is second largest regarding resources (still already far behind Russia), ~90% of those are wood and coal, so no really the good and useful stuff.

    Tanks versus bikes speedwise: The total average was around 43.3 km/h at the Tour de France 2010.
    I looked some tanks up, in WW2 on streets the slow ones did 20-30 km/h, the fast ones 40-65 km/h. However some had problems when it got too steep.
    Nowadays tanks with continuous tracks could nominal do 60-80 km/h, but they might get ~25-40km/h faster on the right ground according to Wiki. Which also fits with what people from the army tell.
    However, even on plain ground a Leopard 2 needs 218 l / 100 km fuel, and has a 1.200 l fuel tank.. and the last Tour de France was 3.383 km long..
    Nevertheless, nowadays I would not bet on the bikes, if the tank gets enough fuel (which might be kind of a problem in the mountains, unless some road tanker drives with it.
    PS: For convenience: 1 US mile = 0,621 km; so as rule of thumb a bit less than 2/3

    • @Krokmaniak

    After watching a fair few reaction channels I've wondered if youtube could set up a way for channels to link the video they watch, verified by the same system that dictates copyright infringement, and then views here also go to the creator. As we've just watched and appreciated not only the input but the original video too but unless we go and watch the video again without the commentary they do not get the direct support. Just a way for creators to help eachother out more directly

    Counrtyballs comics are reactionary, frequently historical. Any thoughts for predictions are misplaced as the same actions happen over and over and over again across history. It's easy to miss foreign events and leading indicators of foreign origin when American media is so incredibly self centered (look at the amount of ti.e they spend covering media players such as the news and entertainment studios and their staff, it is shameful).

    Cookies are a sub category of biscuits, our names are more numerous and specific so therefore it is a biscuit whos type is cookie.
    As well fries is far more in line with the naming in most European nations while chips is only used in the UK and does not have other variants in other nations.
    Considering we started eating them when US soldiers had them in France (frites) during the wars and that our largest ethnic group is German (Fritten) and they come from Belgium (Frieten) I dare say the UK is the odd duck here.
    We should if anything only apologize for the habit of naming things for the wrong place like French fries or Guinea pig.

Even believing Russia that they haven't been involved since the beginning, the relationship between Russia and Ukraine has never been great. I'm British and the chips and fries thing isn't entirely true
    Fries are skinny and crispy like something you would get in McDonald's
    We call what Americans call streak fries Chips

    The Spring of 2021 saw the largest mobilization of Rusisan troops near the Ukrainian border since 2014. It was basically the beginning of the phase that would lead to the ultimatum in January of 2022 and eventually invasion in February 2022.

    Australia has leanings toward an anti-environmentalist policy for years. Take a look at a few videos from thejuicemedia about how critical the government is about EV's but would gladly put up more coal mines and off shore drilling. Plus Australia bushfire of 2019-2020.

      I mean if everything in the environment was trying to kill you, you probably wouldn't have any sympathy either.

      So how do people who can't drive get around? Like, do the Aussies just have no problem with someone having a grand mal seizure behind the wheel and ramming into a school bus at 80 kph? Or is public transit (an arguably environmentally-friendly thing) not flaming dog shit?
      I say all this not to be mean but to draw attention to a less-acknowledged aspect of various policies that lean environmentally-friendly. Car-centrism is inherently ableist, whether it's intentional or not. Disabilities exist, coal be damned. Were the ableist nature of anti-bicycle policies actually brought up more often, more people would be willing to accept that things need to change. People who can't drive wouldn't be considered as much of a 'burden' to society if said society were designed to accept us.

    Chips are thick steak cut chips, skinny mcdonalds type chips are fries, and crisps are crisps.
