Please disregard this video. If you are going to install a track into drywall you need to find the studs as well for added strength. A plastic anchor is insufficient. Hope this comments prevent injury. Properly hung a barn door adds a rustic and artistic flair to any décor.
Oh My God..that door must only weigh a few pounds ...going by the raw plug size....try a 50 kg door...nightmare!! My screws are the length of my palm...I never had brick/ blockwork throughout the whole 6 ft as I thought...ended up a total rethink...now fitting a solid 4”x4” x 6ft beam into the blockwork either side, and 🤞🙏
First of all if you you are using anchors to hang the door from drywall then JUST STOP. If you think your drywall is going to hold the door up then think again. Secondly your voice nearly put me to sleep. Thumbs down for you there pal.

What side is piece wood in the top wall
What size lags did you use for the track to the wall.
We only have 3" of space to the left of where the door will be in closed position? Is that a deal killer for hanging this kind of door?
No , that will be fine
I need more than 36” opening. Do they make a larger door?
Len Amundson No, 36” is the only size ever made.
Damn, needing all that stuff sound like the Blue Star Ointment Commercial!😂🤣
my barn door is crooked on one the right side. how do i level it without taking out the screws and drilling new holes?
Maybe sand it down,
