I guess Grubby answered the question if Illidan needs any friends, obviously the anti social Illidan that only employed a few mercenary ancient rock throwers and some fanatical martyrdom seekers won against the socialite Illidan that brought his whole gang including his bestie Naga. It reminded me of an old friend that used to play NE like this, one hero and his units were there just to help him get to max lvl. Thank you again for the great work.

40:30 Tavern revive always 50%hp 0 mana. Because it's half of what you had when you died. Metamorphosis gives extra hp, you had 1525 hp max when died, 774 when respawned, all checks out.

I feel like even the worst player picks up tomes so idk why anyone wouldn't unless they were saving them for "optimal assignment of stats to each hero" (lul)

@@bakeryclerk7434 Strangely, many pro players often miss Tomes. Grubby is one of the few who almost never does (and on the rare occasions he does, he usually notices, and often says something about why he couldn't get it, and he'll remember where it was and pick it up later if he's in the area, if it's still there).
@@bakeryclerk7434 I think the fact that the opponent didn't get boots was far more impactful than missing tomes.

The double slow from the dryad and Naga sea witch was sooo painful to watch… 😂 but the Grub pulled through.
You probably get more than half health when respawning because your ult is considered still active. But you respawn without it, so it becomes more than 50%
That's what I thought may have happened, too, though I did not comment it!
I think default respawn is actually 500 HP

have you ever played a challenge where u have to win like the hobbits versus Saruman in lotr? You would be allowed to get 1 or 2 Heroes and then have to overwhelm your enemy with ancients of wars, tree of lives and a mix of other ancients. Like a real army of them. Around 20 should do. Sounds fun, no?
Its was exactly haft hp base on the hp pool when ult was active. So 800 hp because you had 1600 max hp when ult was active

In 20+ years of watching/playing this game off/on I don't think I have ever seen someone work harder for a win than in this game. Truly impressive that Grubby can meme and beat someone who is extremely good at the game themselves. Grubby is a god when it comes to Wc3!

If he's an OG like Grubby said, he's likely suffered way worse from way back. The severity of cheese back in the day was orders of magnitude worse.

Ok. this is my favorite night elf game. i just love ancent protector. so nice towers. i want more games like this and ill give you some ideas, games with taurens, frost wyrms, chimeras, and necromancers are always interesting. :)

Hello, only found you about a week ago but have watched every new upload since (as it's good side content while I do other things), I've also learned a lot about the game from you and feel significantly better at it already. Anyways I'm curious about a challenge where your goal is to get every single orb from the faction shops on a single hero. But either way, I like your stuff, I expect to be a long time viewer.
Process: (1) Play FFA, hope to get 3 other races. (2) Get Dark Ranger or banshee. (3) Steal a worker from all (4) Don't die (5) Get all races tech trees up to Tier 3 (6) Make a Shop for all (7) Buy an Orb from all
Also: Orb effects don't stack, so it's less like Thanos' Gauntlet and more like having 3 cars (can't use all same time)

You should have upgraded evasion to tier 3 before immolation. Evasion compliments his teir 6 better since you're running it solo and he has dryads. Especially helpfull to dodge the leading dryads slow chance.
Finally, the Great AP march, rumbling or should i say Grumbling. GG good match.
