Hello Mrs McBean so I file a i-130 for my husband and I list his kids on it submitted their pics, birth certificate, passport, they approve my husband case but when I go online to pay visa fee it’s only his name there, am a US citizen and was told I have to file 3 separate i-130 for the three kids, is it true and why citizens have to pay but green card holder get file i-130 without paying, it’s not fare . I hope to hear from you soon.
I love your cantents so much i just get my green card it take me from 2021 you give me more information than even my lawyer that do my case on you always an point your podcast give me hope all the time i think when am going for my naturalization am going to use you keep up your good work
I bought your Package back in 2021 to file for my husband and everything went well, no problems and he was here with 2yr green card in early 2023. We are now about to file for to remove the conditions. Thank you so much for all you do to help people like us by giving awesome information and instructions.
Welcome back & thanks for you time. My husband & I got married in West Africa so he enter Logan Airport in 2017. Two years later we filed for removal of conditions. Because of coronavirus we never received a letter from USICS to come in for an interview. To this day USICS has our interview letter in with them. We have never moved. The ironic part is they quickly send a removal letter which caught us of guard. We followed all the steps yet we were told our cause in in Boston. Since 2019 our master hearing has been rescheduled twice. My question is, is the Judge apart to see we never received our interview letter plus USICS has it in their system still in 2024? Thanks inadvance for reading.
Thank you Ms.McBean I’ve downloaded the free green card guide through my email.❤ thanks so much. I’m about to file for green card with a little hesitation whether I should wait until our marriage reach two years or not? Our marriage will be one year the end of this month. Please advise.
This is for people who come in with visa Lawfully and overstay people who came in unlawfully will be send back to the home country and go for interview at the embassy to process the visa the American citizen spouse will have to do everything in usa
My i-130 filed last year on feb, it is normally the wait this long on vermont service center? only 1 more month left until it is out side of normal processing time and I am a USC
If you was filed for in 2018 the USCIS embassy email you letting you know that you were approved and you would be contacted by your embassy in your country for medical and interview the pandemic hit you didn't enter the United States until 2022 should I file for my citizenship now
Hi miss mcbean, what if my spouse came to the United states and overstayed 14 years, then deport themself. I recently when to his country and married to him, now I'm in the process of filing for him, will he be able to come back to the United states?
Hi, McBean, you are awsome ! :). I just had one question.. So, my petition for an F2B was filed way back in 2023, and we just realized an error, on one document, my father's name is spelled differently than in translation of my birth certificate (since it originally is in Hindi). Like, the difference is so small, it could be like John vs Jon. I think the translation people (I got it translated from someone official obv, and they prob made a mistake). But this difference is only in the translation. On his death certificate, my govt ID etc, name spelling match. So, it is only the birth certificate translation issue.. My mom is my petitioner (I-130, still under review) (my father passed long time ago) and I just realized this issue. What can be done about this ??? Please help?
Hi ma’am I watch your video every time thankyou so much I got one question for you actually I’m green card holder here I’m from Nepal so I went to Nepal and get married and came back and already applied for my wife its been around 3 month but now I heard trump party closed all applications for i130 petition visas even already applied applications are also closed what is that I can’t get my wife here I’m legal here green card holder please reply me I really need to know about this please 😢😢😢
You should remove the conditions on your green card by filing a petition within 90 days before your conditional green card expires. You can use the USCIS Filing Calculator to determine your filing date.
Thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate it. Based on the calculator, is the date provided be the exact date that must submit the i751 plus evidence?

I'm a USA citizen married to a Pakistani. we got married in Pakistan in 2017 filed for a spousal visa. We have used 2 different lawyers, and my husband still is not here yet. What else can we do?
I’m in the same process, my wife and I married. She petitioned for me. The i130 still pending because she is a green card holder, she will be us citizen in 2027. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. I have TPS.
That’s not how it works, it has to go thru congress. Although the congress does have majority, they still need some democrats to go on board. Let’s hope for the best. Let not fool ourselves here democrats or republican they all have their own agenda and they used immigrants as a bargaining ship. I don’t trust none of them.
@@McBeanImmigrationLaw hi attorney , the video is very informative. Anyway, is it possible to file an adjustment of status if I’m a C1 visa holder entering US?

People get a Lawyer!!!! It's a lot of paper work!!!!! You make a mistake doing it on your own and send them in you will get denied 💯.
No objection from me!
The process is costly and a attorney adds to that cost depending on where you are
@@kianawr that is correct, but people already know this!
Almost 10 k for that 😢😢😢
This process is also for people who come to the border ? I m married with us citizen. We have 2 kids

What about f2a category please can you talk about spouse of green card holder
What if I am a green card holder and we want to get married and she came here lawfully with a visa. Is it the same process?
Wait till you are citizen. Apply for citizenship first and then marry her.
