I believe Evil Ryu was done like that since a reminder; Luigi shares half of Mario's sprites in the game. Which explains why the limitations...

But since there’s 8 character slots to choose from, would have been good if the author put the 8 playable characters from “the world warrior” so Honda and Dhalsim instead of Bison and the lazy evil Ryu.
Also some SF2 music would have not hurt ;)

This is too cute!!! I always couldn't stand this game due to how flat it is which makes it hard to see and play. Don't quite get why they added Evil Ryu instead of almost anyone else BUT at least it wasn't that waste of space Dan, ugh

Não é tão fácil colocar (mesmo que já estejam prontas, são instrumentos e outras coisas diferentes por não serem do mesmo jogo) ou fazer músicas em SNES, principalmente em hack ROMs, claro que falta as músicas mas isso aí já é bem impressionante, principalmente porque esse jogo tem muitos sprites variados
