Unfortunately my phone was too hard to open, and trying to do it I accidently broke the buttons wire (i shoud have started from the lower part as you did)

Hi iam getting one problem with my redmi note 5
When I turn on Mi logo appear and it's turn off it's self even 70% charge in my battery
But it will go with fast boot and recovery mode normally
When I connect charging cable than only it will completely booting up / normally working
After booting i disconnect charging cable then it's working completely
It's battery problem or what ???

The small watch battery rtc on a xiaomi mainboard is leaked and needs replacing. Have you ever needed top replace one on a xiaomi . It will not boot so i think needs good rtc battery otherwise dead. Right?

Thanks man. I was afraid you'd have to use glue or something to reassemble the case but good to see this isn't the case.
Still not a fan of non-removable batteries but this is at least fairly doable if it ever needs to be done.
