Wow Claudia that colourwork crochet top is amazing 🤩 you should be so proud. The crochet blanket that you started is so lovely with the 3D feature, let see what it will become. I am also participating in the SRCAL23 should have my couple and pattern chosen this week 😊 Happy Birthday 🎂 I can see you had a lovely time with your mum on your trip and that painting you got I just love it! Your dolls house is beautiful it reminds me of all the dolls houses we could not play with when we were children.
Yes, I am excited too ut haven't found anything which I would like to make (yet)... it's a bit tricky. I know there's a Fifth Element top by Nomad Stitches but that's sleeveless and I am not keen on another huge project.... amigurumi is too much for my hand and shoulder... yes, I am fussy 🤣 Have you already decided on your couple?
I especially like the way that you used different stitches for your pullover. But I must say that the waistcoat stitch gives me problems. Yours looks perfect. It's such a beautiful sweater. I recognize your bookmark. I have a similar one which a book club friend made for me. She had just purchased a new sewing machine with all the bells and whistles and with this new machine, she was able to make bookmarks that look like lace. Everything in your podcast was so interesting! I was happy to get a bit of narrative to go along with your Bruges videos. Was that a human skull in the taxidermy shop?😅 The dollhouse is looking fine! I am working on s similar sweater to the one you are wearing. Mine is called Papillon Poncho Sweater. I am also working on Astronomia from Moorit Magazine. Working the ribbing on the bottom is a slow process🙃
I think the secret of the waistcoat stitch is to have a very lose gauge... which is usally my nemesis but ideal for the waistcoat stitch 😅 I amvery happy that you enjoyed the travel bits and pieces and that it wasn't too boring. And yes, that skull was definitely human! It was so gross really but also strangely fascinating shop. I can only imagine that this skull was from a doctor's skeleton ... those which were formerly used for teaching students etc... but it's still freaking me out! I will go and have a look at the Papillon Poncho Sweater.. I always like your choices and I am always looking for inspiration. ooooh, ribbing!! Don't get me started 🤣It's the devil's work 😜
The dollhouse is a true labor of love-all the detail is fascinating. I enjoy watching your process of figuring out how to crochet a knitted Colorwork design. Waist coat stitch can be a challenge but with practice, I managed it in a hat. The videos of Bruges were a real treat-what a nice getaway!
That would be stunning as a sweater back. Wow
Your doll house looks wonderful. I look forward to what you do next.

I can't make up my mind but I've thought of a few more. I'm just not sure yet.
