This is one of the best Superman figures you can get. Primary colored costume. Perfectly sized “S” symbol. Face could use some work but it’s good enough. Dynamic cape. Only thing I would change is the drippy looking bottom of the symbol and complexion. I’m also anxious to see the Superman/Atomic Skull two-pack. Thinking that’s going to be THE one to get. Thanks for yet another awesome review.

The Mcfarlane Superman hush angry face with red eyes & vines version actually came out a while ago as a Mcfarlane toy store exclusive. Although I was able to get one on amazon a few months ago. I believe it uses the same face sculpt as the Superman Vs Doomsday figure... only with red eyes and pale skin.
McFarlane already released this version with the vines and angry face. It still had the pale skin too.

I honestly like the head sculpt despite being a little bit pale and the head is kind of square, However, The blue yellow and red are really good especially the yellow S shield on the back of his cape, I don't even have him in hand at all But Awesome review The Spot

The Gold Label version of this figure is really nice, and the angry face looks really cool. The vines also look really cool when atrached to the figure. I had the GL version months ago, I'm not sure why you havent been sent one of those yet?

Like this figure, I agree he shouldn't be this pale, but in my opinion he's not buff enough, superman is not little or lean, the dkr version has always been my favorite, I have a dc direct that's my definitive, but this is #2 for sure 👍🏼
The figure looks good. I like the head sculpt. I appreciate the fact that the back of the cape has the Superman symbol. However, the skin tone is way too pale. The hands are way too big. He dont have green eyes being under Poison Ivys spell like in the show but maybe thats why hes pale?
So, question. Why do you cut the tape at the top? I cut from the bottom - firstly, there's only one piece of tape instead of three. Secondly, it preserves the packaging better.
I don't know, I just prefer cutting it from the top, I don't keep the packaging anyways
