The simulation of Reinforced Concrete Beam using ANSYS APDL is explained. The main bar, hanger bar and stirrups are simulated using ANSYS APDL. Finally Loads are applied for the beam and results including cracks are viewed. Beam Cross section is 200mm X 400mm. Half of the 5m span beam is simulated and boundary conditions are applied accordingly. Watch all the three videos done using SOLID MODELING IN ANSYS APDL.
