Having recently started editing photos on green screen, I have to say your tutorial is BY FAR the best I have seen. Most of the others use a range of techniques and none produce a crisp cut like yours - you're also the most up to date (despite others being made in 2018!)
I found the lesson was well presented. I wanted to (and succeeded in) cutting a head and shoulders from a greenscreen so that I could move the head where I wanted, and put either still images or a moving image, behind it. Now I need to learn how to put a moving object (probably a person) in front of a moving background.
Cracking vid cheers! I’m doing a photoshoot today of my daughter in her superhero outfits and I’m going to green screen so I can photoshop her into action scenes. This will help immensely. Many thanks
easier than using quick selection tool , adding another layer , deleting as much of the background as you can , then using the eraser tool ( oh so carefully) to tidy up
After using color range and making that line around the object, it starts working opposite to what he did. When I cut it, it cuts what I want, and vice versa. Please help!!!
I thought this program was really complicated but now I realize it's very simple if you just know what to do! I'm definitely planning on buying it after my free trial ends.
I tried to do this with Photopea (which is similar) but on the part where you have to use "select and mask", I can't find it there. Can someone help me? (first tutorial btw)
I save that kind of file on both PSD and PNG - you can view your effect/file with PNG on your viewer without having to open photoshop , if all you need is a quick glance
why on earth is this only one step in Premier and an absolute maze of confusion on photoshop!?! and... it still didn't work! what the hell am i doing wrong?!? #triggered

Not sure about the Hue/Saturation technique to remove the last of green. It's effecting the entire image, not just the green edges.

You need to rasterize the layer and make sure your layer is not the background
