Even if these lets plays were under WB umbrella, couldnt they technically just post on a new channel and upload it essentially as friends gaming.

I forgot how to divide fractions but if you divide a larger number by a smaller its gotta be more than one which leaves only one answer. I guess you just invert one of the fractions and multiply?

Practically guaranteed a good time with these "board games turned video game" videos. They were always so good. Also, they apparently released a sequel to "Game of Life" in 2020. I'd kill to see them play it!

I may not get to hear all of my favorite Let's Play AH voices but considering that I get to hear Geoff's voice, one of the original creators of the entire legacy, a man who has only become a better version of himself since we first met him, well I just think thats pretty fucking awesome. For those wondering about the Gavin question, 3/4 divided by 6/10, you can answer by flipping the second part and then multiply together. So it becomes 3/4 x 10/6 which the answer becomes 30/24. Thank you for reading my TED talk.

I was so excited to watch this and then I saw the RT announcement. Hoping Let's Play survives in some form, ever since FF took it over it's been awesome again.
FF Podcast is safe for now, as the Roost podcast network is still alive. The potential for FF to revive Let’s Play is there. Even if it was a new channel, I think they’d get a healthy following based on the good reception of Podcast Plays and trucks.

Good play by Geoff identifying the trick question. A double bass is not two bass guitars, it's a different instrument with a deeper voice than a bass (cello).
Yo but isn't there a bass guitar that's double stringed? I know there's a fucking used one before. It's like a regular bass but there's another string like right next to the regular bass strings. They make regular guitars like this too I believe

Extremely fun. Great hosting by Andrew, and a pretty solid performance from the first three contestants! Definitely felt like Gavin was Stuart the Bumbling Contestant-ing his way through some of it. And Nick coming out on top (so far) was awesome. Time to watch Eric and Graysie!

The second question that Gavin walked away on, the answer was Dead like Me. It was a showtime show starring Mandy Patankin and Ellen Muth as regular people who turn into grim reapers after their over the top deaths. They had to "reap" or claim people's souls moments before their untimely deaths or face the consequences. It even had a follow up movie.
Absolutely loved this! One of the best let's plays.

It took me forever to figure out the 3/4 divided by 6/10 question because i kept simplifying the resulting fraction and then being convinced i had done the math wrong when that answer wasn't one of the options

Gavin not being able to divide the fractions hurt, especially when he said the decimal part and it clearly would've been over 1, making D the right answer. Love the trivia games though! Geoff's still got it.

The fractions question not simplifying made me genuinely mad. Who leaves a fraction as 30/24?
I loved this, fantastic idea Andrew for a series, please continue to make more competition series based on different themes.
New theme suggestions: Survival games, who can last the longest on hardest settings in a number of survival games, one person knocked out each round.
Crazy how Geoff not only used 3 lifelines on a single question but also has never heard of Snap
For the 3/4 divided by 6/10, you can resolve by turning it into a multiplication where you inverse the denominator. So it becomes 3/4 multiplied by 10/6, so 3x10/4x6, so result is 30/24.
I'm sad because he was halfway there and really could've worked it out. He figured out that it would have to be bigger, which cuts two answers. And .75 to .8 is too tiny, which should've ruled that out.
Is Michael still part of the channel? With RT shutting down, Let's Play seems seperate now, but the duo of Michael and Gavin is top tier.

I just learned that warner bros shut down rooster teeth. I dont know what this means for you guys, but i hope that you can pick up the scraps of your channels and continue them independently. When the dorkly lay-offs happened, drawfee continued the channel on their own and I hope that you guys can do the same, and hopefully give us an update as soon as you can
