Geoff missing resigned at very start, 7:39 Gavin playing pane on double letter instead of double word (or playing penny for a lot more), 8:07 Geoff knowing fleer is word but not playing it with flier or filter to triple word/double letter on the F in two directions. Game has barely started and I'm trying not to scream at my phone
And Gavin using the blank to play vanes instead of vans for fewer points 14:09, Geoff not playing veer on the triple right after. I think Geoff was just taking pity on Gavin at that point because it was obvious Gavin has no idea of the basics of how the game works
I thought the same but I don't see where he could place it to be worth more than 18 points. All I can see is to start at the T on tree and go down. Wouldn't that be 16 points total? I'm a missing a spot?
god the pivot this channel took has been amazing. I stopped watching RT/AH mid to late 2020 when they added a bunch of people all trying to be streamers and content machines all competing to be the loudest or looking for the funniest bit to do, and would occasionally watch a Play Pals. but the FF podcast crew taking over this channel was the revival it needed. The chemistry is great. It actually seems like everyone is having a truly good time. And we still get that connection of Geoff and Gavin who were pretty main talents in the golden RT era. Everyday I stray closer to actually listening to the FF podcast, but I haven't yet. (I don't really listen to podcasts) but one of these days they'll probably get me.

I love this honestly its such great nostalgia just dudes having fun playing games and bantering with each other being goofs, no story arc, no character development, no weird bits just dudes playing games and having fun just like back when AH and lets play started

I used to play scrabble a ton, and memorized some of the 2 letter words. At about @54:30, Geoff could slap Ax, Ox, and Mo all in there with the X on a triple letter score twice. That'd be like 50 something points
