No one can make me believe that palace draw was ten hag fault cuz we dominated and created chances but players keep waisting it and still anti ten hag want us to keep blaming the manager
You have to dominate almost every game like that so that the ones where you don't win aren't as impactful. If we played like that every game and had the same reaults, then I wouldn't have an issue. The problem is that we don't.
@thebiglebrowski3695 United have missed the most big chances of any team so far this season. Had they taken those chances, they would be sitting near the top. 3 of the top 8 players for missed chances are United players. United are also in the top 4 for shots on target, including more than Arsenal. United are top 2 for clean sheets, United are 3rd in the league for hitting the woodwork. United's problem has nothing to do with their control of a game as they only average 12 shots against per game. And have only 0.2 shots per game difference to Man City.
United's problem is they have no clinical finisher. So all those people happy with the fact Zirkzee was bought as a striker and keeps occupying the 10 spot which Bruno operates in are missing the point. No point in playing link up football with no finisher to link up to.
@@williamredpath861 We have also played against the teams who are 18th, 16th, 9th and 7th. That tends to pump up your overall statistics pretty nicely.
How you perform across multiple games, most of which are against mid-table or relegation-candidate teams, isn't what is important. What is important is how you play in each individual game.
If you take it on a game by game basis. We didn't play well at Fulham and were lucky to win. We didn't play well against Brighton and deservedly lost. Liverpool, the only top 6 team we have played, pumped us 3-0 and dominated the game. We then played pretty well against Southampton .. who are 18th. Also played pretty well, but failed to win, against Palace who are 16th. So two well played games against teams scrapping at the bottom of the table and have a combined goal difference of -10.
Even if you look at the league's expected points table, which takes xG and xGA of individual games and bases results on them, we are only expected to have 8.6 points and would be in 7th. Which isn't 11th, but it isn't good either.
I actually agree with your comment about Zirkzee but whose fault is that? It isn't like he has suddenly started playing differently, this is exactly how he played at Bologna. Ten Hag was the one who brought him in so whose fault is it that he is another square peg for a round hole?

Because honestly zirkzee is doing exactly what we bought him to do and he's been doing it consistently. He himself said that he's like a 9.5 rather than a traditional 9.
But from the manchester united pov, if you're wondering why they did that knowing that he likes to create more than score, is that we already have Rasmus Hojlund.
And imo he's very important in finally starting to convert the chances that are being created.
I'd actually love to see zirkzee and Hojlund together. Like imagine if it was hojlund instead of Garnacho or Bruno at the end of those through ball and 1-2 from zirkzee.

Bruno Fernandez feels more comfortable knowing well that he has no strong competition. We lacked creativity against Palace. If We can’t beat Palace then it means we can’t finish in top four.
It’s sad to watch my team play this way.

@@LJ-qy9ds You say that but I think Bruno is ready to implode the guy is just burnt out or he will be if he's not benched for a rest or rotated, His decision making is just off and it's been a trend since the start of this season, I really want to see him back at his best and the only way may be to relieve the stress and rest him until the Winter window, He's been playing week in week out since we signed him amazing he's lasted this long.

Bruno needs dropping he's been just off the boil I honestly think he's finally burnt out with too much International duty the guy has not really had a break for over two years, I would like to see Zirksee, Mainoo and Ugarte as the midfield with Hojlund upfront at least for a few games before the next International break, Bruno can come on if required same for Eriksen, Mount and Casimero.
Now we got our very best young talent come knocking the first team door like bianchieri, ibramigov & mantato. These are UNITED future stars

3 clean sheets in our last 3 games is definitely a positive, but as much as we love Amad Garnacho rasmy you could argue they maybe should be understudies to players that are the finished article, losing out on Olise was a bummer, top player
The defence this season has been the best department 4 clean sheets in total then the midfield, the frustration is the attack been wasteful since day one

I'm hoping Hojlund can now start scoring which will also increase momentum for the rest of the forwards to start scoring too.
I'd love to to see if zirkzee and Hojlund play together as well. Rasmus was the only one who has proven to score goals consistently even when the team was performing bad.
Zirksee is a Cantona type player. 10-20 goals in all comps. Very creative and keeps the team ticking. Unfortunately it means you need two cms and a strong striker infront. 4-4-1-1 would work but it would mean our wingers would need to defend more.
Luke Shaw is Martinez's competition . If Bruno is not working in a game Zirkzee and Mount or Eriksen would be better.
Zirkzee and Hoijlund is just such a mouth watering prospect. Let’s try that vs FC Twente.

Our main 3 in the midfield has to be Erickssen / Maino / Ugarte if will be a possession team

No team is running away with point. Many unexpected results and we are just 6 points from the top team but at 11 th place. Forget the position in the table as the top 12 teams are very close in the number of points. Injuries, red cards etc can quickly change a team performance. City have lost Rodri and De Bryune due to injuries. Let see how the cope with that!
People said this nonsense last season. At this point in the season, 6 points are 33% of the available points. It is a huge deficit relative to the season. If you extrapolate it across 38 games, then it would be 45 points.
Yes it is early and the season can change massively but it isn't "just 6 points". It is "already 6 points".

All these years of watching football and following Manchester United, I must have missed the moment when the worst player in the team is labeled as the "best" or "most important" or "most creative". His stats in all the 5 PL games are: a numerous of misplaced passes, four clear chances missed, only one assist, only two chances created, zero successful corner kicks, only one successful cross in the box, zero goals scored. And this is for this season only. The previous two seasons he wasn't doing anything better unfortunately.

Doku didn’t kick the ball away. People need to watch the footage, the ref is seen pointing to where he wants the ball which is 10 ft behind where rice was trying to take it. Another player is also telling rice the ball is to be placed behind him so Arsenal fans need to get past that lie. The FA cup and League Cup are both cherries on top of good league performances, but they don't mean as much if they are on top of rotten cakes.

The body is a hormone machine. Just look at Bruno's face. For some reason his hormones were out of balance. Medical team should test each player; (before, during and after game) note their key hormones at various times; and know when players should be substituted. A goal can kick start adreneline.
What I understand is that we made a mistake selling Scott McTominay... I knew straight away when we sold him... As you may have remember, when he was there... we were able to score... even in this season... Surely Scott McTominay was the x factor for us...
