- Hello beautiful angel and fellow wellness seeker. Im so happy you found your way to this video. In this video I will show you my famous and all time favorite ginger shot. I have made this recipe amongst a few others for the last 5-6 years on quite a frequent basis and nothing beats waking up in the morning from a boost of these shots. There is no better time than NOW to start making these shots as fall/autumn is creeping in with flues and long lasting colds hiihi.
Recipe:
2 lemons
A big chunk of ginger
2/3 of a red chili (no seeds)
a fair few black pepper corn
dash of water (around 10% of total amount of liquid)
With this blend you can also make an incredible tea by just boiling hot water and adding one normal shot, honey or a sweetner is a great option to add :)

@@madamebelka hii lovely! Yes, I usually take it first thing in the morning within 10-30 min of waking (sometimes drinking a glass of water before) 🙏🏽 it really kickstarts my day in a great way and the taste definitely awakes you further 😂👏🏽
