    मैं बहुत सोचता था। रात भर मन में अनेकों विचार आते थे। रात में नींद नहीं आती थी। नींद की दवा भी नहीं काम करती थी। किसी बेवफा के ख्याल में खोया रहता था। एक दिन एक विडियो देखने से मेरी आँखें खुली और मैंने दृढ़ता पूर्वक मन को वश में करने के लिए सोचने के स्थान पर मन में "राम राम " ही दोहराता हूँ। अब नींद खूब आती है। सब ठीक हो गया है।

    Ji Mam main bahot sochti Hu. Over thinking kabhi rukti hi nahi. Lekin meri koshish rehti hai ki main present main rahu.aur aise hi ache ache vidio dekhke thoda distracte hone ki koshish krti Hu. Positive vidios ki bahot madat milti hai. Thankyu ki aap jaise log hai. Great.

    Very nice mam aapne bahut hi achi baate bataai sach maine bahut samye se apne dimaag main bajut hi gussa rakha hua tha jo ki mera dipression bna huya hua tha jisne mujhe behadd bimaar kia hua tha lekin aapki vedio ne bataaya ki this is really very harmfull jo ki main pichle to saal se samjh hi nai paai thi .....     I want to share my experience. I am 28 years old. I used to think too much which started giving me health issues. Then I devised a solution for me that whatever makes me to think too much, if I have a solution for that then go for it otherwise I fix a time period to think on that. For example there are few things which you don't have control on and keeps on worry about it then I fix a timeline that ok I will think about it for next 2 weeks and will try to find a solution and if I can't find one, I will stop thinking about it.
    This formula helped me a lot and I started getting to better solutions for my problems and now don't think too much which I used to do before.

      @@MonicaGupta Even I myself became victim of it at once.kyunki Jo b yeh Aaj kal web series movies m dikhaya jata h woh real life m hone laga h aur usi se janm leta h crime patrol.I used to feel depressed at once that I am not like other people and did overthinking but the thing is dat Aaj kal ke log kaafi immatured hain isi wajah se crime patrol mein episodes bhar gye h.

    Mai roj khud Ko bolti Hun ki kl se sochne bnd ...but fir bahi control hi nhi h khud pr ..or sochna b bahi Jo Mai khud thik nhi kr skti ....bs usi tension me aaj ki enjoy nhi kr pati .
