if I had to name the best thing that I learned throughout 2018, it would be IF ( INTERMITTENT FASTING). no joke....

I love it. It made me feel better, even during my fatigue periods.

Still confused on how long to fast on the intermittent fasting idea. Do you go for 24 hours or just don't eat until you eat again?
I was eating a cinnamon roll while watching this but didn't seem to enjoy it as much as I should have. I think thats a good start.

It's great that you incorporate the previous books you reviewed - Atomic Habits and Bright Lines on this one. You give us great value when you intertwine concepts. Thanks Brian!

I'll bet Mercola has moved toward more protein. The carnivore diet is big now and he's a proponent. I just heard him say the carnivore-ish diet he's been doing has reversed his low cholesterol (in an interview with Paul Saladino MD.)

Great vid! What I'd like to know is what an MMT meal plan looks like. An acutal list of foods that fit into this theory... what do you think guys?

Every doctor has a different philosophy on nutrition but most registered dietitians hold the same nutrition philosophy. When 10 voices are speaking at once no one hears anything, unfortunately.
