Hi, first thanks for this informative video. Another good and quick approach is using "Microsoft SQL Server Performance Dashboard" in SQL Server Management Studio to check CPU utilization, in a real time fashion you will see a bar divided with two colors "orange" , "blue" ...it will indicate what is causing the high CPU utilization is it MSSQL engine "blue" OR another process in the operating system "orange".
