  • Part 1; Building project 1950 Gmc Lsx-V.
Starting with a derelict 1950 Gmc 5-window pickup and a used 2003 Cadillac Escalade Esv. I then proceeded to remove all the body and other non-essential equipment. After stripping the truck down, I cleaned and repainted the frame and suspension, which left me with a very capable base to build off of.
Used in some select proformance trucks, such as the denali and some escalades. The Gmt800 frame has a 4 link rear end, pan hard, limited slip, Lq9/ Ls1 engine, and the 4l65e transmission.
My research and creativity is paying off. Since I choose to use the Cadillac Escalade as my base, it left me with a fully loaded, high proformance drivetrain. in addition, it should make for simple repairs and upgrades.
