No western groups sing and dance like the old days. Kpop is using old school beats with some blended trap. If you're going to keep reacting to NCT, I think there are some videos that should be viewed together. There are three versions of "Regular" - NCT 127 did Korean and English versions, and WayV did a Chinese version (although it's not marked as such because it was intended to be the original before their debut got pushed back). While there's no overlap between the groups now, at the time WinWin was in both and had the same line in all three versions (it ends in "for a real one"). And if you're planning on watching WayV's "Bad Alive", you might also want to watch the princess version they did for WinWin (Cinderella)'s birthday. (There are two other princess videos videos in addition to the dance practice. The 20 minute birthday party probably wouldn't be of interest but there's an 8 minute behind the scenes called "Princess Ver. is Loading" that I think is pretty entertaining.) There are also two versions of NCT U's "From Home" and while the original has more views, I personally think the rearranged version is better. The vocals are from a live awards show performance and the video has clips of them from their trainee days until now. I know you mentioned saving "Resonance" until last, but I think you'll appreciate "From Home" more if you wait until you know them better. I'm more of a WayV fan and not super familiar with NCT Dream and NCT 127 yet, so someone please chime in if there are other examples.
