    These two are quite similar on paper however the 2000 is of a much higher build quality than the 1000. The 1000 is very good and a fantastic bang for your buck. But the 2000 is a whole level up above the 1000🔈👍🏻

      If I bought the R N2000 would I hear instruments that I have never heard before in a song that I have been listening to again and again for the past 30 years? If so then I will buy one, I have the AS 801amp , R N600A receiver now spare units to trade in to help offset against the cost.

      The 1000 is an a-s801 with streaming and arc hdmi. The 2000 is an a-s1200 also with steaming and arc hdmi.
      Btw many of the things said here are wrong. The rn1000a does not have brass speaker connectors. They’re plastic

      @@Holychickendestroyer the Rn1000a has higher quality parts than the 801. Eg: better capacitors wiring and grounding. It’s a hot roded 801

      @@JR-ho5qm 2 nichicon 12,000 mf capacitors just like the 801. Same IE transformer. What am I missing?
