For a lot of people, the only real reason to get a laptop is for portability. If you’re doing graphic intensive work or something like that, you’re probably going to build a Windows PC anyway. using asus zenbook14 oled ultrabook, and the display resolution it gives an output of 5k, watching your video on 4k settings and on 90Hz refresh rate, it streams like fluid. Asus are making some ultimate machine with premium design. kudos to your videos. they are superb.
As a student I'd still pick Macs over windows' arm based. There is majorly one reason which is price. If they can make these available under 70k in the upcoming times as we see more arm based then it's a macbook competitor else for 125k anyone would go for a pro mac or air. But again it's a personal choice and based on which UX and UI is friendly for you.

Depends on your work, if you're just buying it for Normal usages you should buy Asus without a doubt, but if you're buying it for work, you'll face issues at least with 2 more generations of arm based processors.
