@@madhunt5990 ECNL in the state of Washington from the employers I have worked for pay between $60-93$ for a center referee for an ECNL match depending on the age. For an Assistant referee 40-60 depending on age. ECNL has minimum pay for u17-u19 (may have minimum pay for younger ages as well) of 75$ for center and 50$ for an assistant. I have made more working those games. Girls academy and other miscellaneous leagues and adult leagues will pay more anywhere from $70-$100 or more depending on age. I have not heard of any referees working exclusively at the youth level making a salary. Generally even the referee assignors don’t make a salary, but take a small percentage of the cut from the game fees.
