Sicily-Bosco di Alcamo - Official Trailer

Discover the beauty of Sicily in this real life video for Tacx trainers as you ride to the city of Alcamo and from there you take on the ascent of the Bosco di Alcamo climb.
This training video is 20km long in which your vertical ascent is over 750m. The first 10 km allow you to nicely warm-up. The Bosco di Alcamo climb which follows is 6,3km with 450m vertical ascent. The average slope of the climb is a very trainer (and knee) friendly, but still tough 7,1%. After reaching the top (739m above sea level) you can relax your legs a little and enjoy scenic views of the gulf coast during the downhill.
