I think those of us from Africa need to go to university for an undergraduate degree so that if we decide to go back, we will have the same degree with our country own, if you go to college in Canada as undergraduate, you will have to still go to sch in ur country in Africa if you decide to go back home

Is a huge error doing anything beyond 2 years . Always advise people to run only 2 years on the average. If you have your PR you can go back continue as a Canadian
Naira for example has fallen so badly. So longer duration is going to rip you off
