Yup, don't sell right away to them. Give to them. Offer to send a free product, respond to their posts, build up a relationship first. Treat them like you would a new friend and not a pushy sales person. That has opened so many doors for me!!

We are a small cosmetic company trying to reach the market selling natural and aromatherapy beauty products including home fragrances. On your number 6 step about not sending the products to the influencer but making them buy it directly from our website. How can you do that? Because all the influencers ask for something they will not buy a product from an unknown company and post about it, if you don’t give it to them. We have been contacted by a few influencers asking us to send them the products for them to try and to comment on their Instagram and another one we have contacted she’s asking us to send the products and charging a small fee as well. So how do you work with these situations? What would you do? What is your advise?
Give them a gift card to buy stuff. When they come into 'your world' and buy from your site they get to know your brand better so it becomes more natural for them to sell your products. Let me know if that makes sense. :)

Wow. That's a horrible thing to say... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just because someone isn't to your standard of "beautiful" or "attractive," doesn't mean that they can't be or aren't as successful as Allison.

There is, because like she said, you reimburse them, or give them a coupon for 100% off... and then when they promote your product, you can offer them a % of the sales they bring you.
