Sad. There should be better facilities for LP / ALP. However, remember it is still a dream job for many. The challenge and thrill for those who enjoy the job, with all its difficulty and look at it positively. The responsibility for the train and safety of passengers are in the hands of the LP, ALP and railway staff.
