Ya +.05 ka llens ho tab eye test me nikal dega, pahle me garmi me mar jao engine me, toilet q nhi dete agar kisi ko raste me 1 number lag jay tab train rok k hotel leke jata hai kya
As an ALP i can only say that it is very tough and chellenging job ... I want to add some points about this job.. 1) you have to sacrifice your personal life 2) the one and only unsecured job in govt service 3)various health issues will arise 4)say No to holiday 5)We all worked day and night in this pandemic months but the appreciation goes only to doctors ,soldiers ...from outside this job may seems to be full of adventure but believe me it is not... ## I am preparing for other jobs..
I quited it once after marks card verification in 2013 and I was feeling regreat for missing it . But once I saw you comments I am feeling happy for quited.

Just think about the Goods Guard of the Train who is used to sits behind "in the last Coach of the Train" alone in his Caboose over whole night in heavy winter nd doing his duty without having any lights, fan nd AC fitted in his Break-Van🥶🥶🥶🥶 only just a "Caboose which is completely made'up of Steel body"..... That's it! Woooh!!!!! Got the Goosebumps....🥶🥶🥶🥶! Hats-off to all the Guards Community, They're really very-very hardworking personalities of Indian Railways. Goods guard are the disguised employees of indian railway....they do nothing only noting time after every station passes and do alright exachange and that to not properly... sometimes they sleep..watch web series....or movie they dont have any work... sometimes i laugh when they call themselves as train manager...railway are surendering this post

@Abhishek Vishnoi buddy I know that very well as I come from an Army as well as an Air Force family. My brother is a fighter pilot in IAF and dad a retired Army Havildar. But when I saw this video of ALP, I think they are also working hard to run this nation on the tracks. Even they put their lives in danger. And there are a lot of challenges in Loco Pilot and Assistant Loci Pilot's job. So, looking at that scenario, they must be provided some good facilities even if they don't get a pay raise in their salary. Hope you understand bhai😊😊

Bahot hi badhiya, safe, easy, low risk lakho/hajaro me payment, high allowances, good milage, good OT, Great other facilities valajob hai indian railway ka with too many other facilities with very less education criteria ITI or 10th 12th departmental. Lakho me payment banta hajaro me pensions banti. Isse 1000 guna risky, unsafe, hard, low payment, no milage, no allowances, no OT, no other extra facilities etc to Road transportation vale bus/ truck driver ka job hai with very hard conditions of roads, work & very less other facilities. I am glad things are changing,in old engines there is no provision of ac and heating devices.Still I don't know is there any attached toilet in newer engines cause initially it was not .

@Abhishek Vishnoi buddy I know that very well as I come from an Army as well as an Air Force family.
My brother is a fighter pilot in IAF and dad a retired Army Havildar.
But when I saw this video of ALP, I think they are also working hard to run this nation on the tracks.
Even they put their lives in danger. And there are a lot of challenges in Loco Pilot and Assistant Loci Pilot's job. So, looking at that scenario, they must be provided some good facilities even if they don't get a pay raise in their salary.

Par mere ko job ONGC par mila. ONGC mein mahine mein sirf 14 din ka duty hota hai. Aur 14 din chutti milta hai. Itna sabkuch milne ke baad bhi mera sapna ek Loco pilot banna tha. Jo pura nahi ho saka.
