- Giving it a shot but more issues today. Not sure if anyone knows why the Heuristic Parameter Opt will not turn on. Also, why I Strategy templates are all at 26kb even after I ran some of them for several hours on each of the last few days.

Too good to be true
Had Pete set me up and as of today my first day of trading (paper) I'm -2500. He mentioned it will be learning while it's running. You only need to run it one time and from that you just use it normally and it will adjust. I'm going to see where it goes in a week.

Hi, the files he meant are under C:\Users\yourname\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\templates\PATIResources , the files you were showing templates for setting the "Strategy", the reason why your button is probably not lighting up that you may not have the PATIinput indicator on the chart
Thanks Chris, I was not sure but you cleared it up. Also I did have PATinput on the chart & it reads 680,000 KB, Not sure what that means but its over 500kb. To get Heuristic to show up I went to indicators & saw Visible was checked. All I did was un check & apply. The re check & apply & it started working again. Does your model win more than it loses?
@@musicflexmikenappi3233 Hi, I wish it did. I am currently trying out combinations to get close to what Ron is achieving but so far no avail. Currently I keep track of everyday it's running on playback and with Ninjatraders trade analysis I can see at which times it performs better and at which worse. Also from what I saw from your previous video as to why your entries were different than Ron's you had your S/R Lines set to a different value, his are 1/1. That is why I am on a "journey to trying out different combinations of settings to see what else might get me closer to his settings. I am open to collaborations if you are interested.

So Yes its over 500,000 Kb meaning you have done some IL training. If you want your model like Connors and Ron's you will have to do a shit ton more. Also plan for what style you want to approach... Trend or Regression? Auto-arm or not?

So in the other video I heard you say "train for a few days" Connor once said to train it for two weeks in sim. Also if ur training a new model for regression and trend, Connor said he set it for a 65% win rate. So u gonna have to change it. Good luck. I still recommend Arm short or Arm long. Arm both will lose more. Good luck everybody.

yep I thought to myself huh that was random seeing how he just said he doesn't trade it anymore cuz it has zero volatility and then comes on saying it has great volatility for like the last couple months like what this dude is a fucking scam artist selling early access shit that he perfected and is advertising it with essentially a 100 percent win rate its bullshit.
@@corwinstormtv9136 He must be houdini to fake those results. I follow his lives bar for bar, tick for tick with CQG, and Rithmic data live feed when he is live because I'm already in the markets trading ES etc. delay between mine and his is about 1-2 seconds. no human eye or hand can enter trades manually and accomplish that win rate in real time. Especially on NQ.
now with that said, he does have a model with settings that we don't out of the retail box and they aren't forthcoming with any specific fine tuning the settings. Like most anything else, they give you the kit, you get to figure out how to build it.
I am not a investor noob. Been trading 30+ years. all the way back to phoning our orders into the desk, desk passing orders to runners to hand your orders to the pit. paying $50-$125 per trade order.
Ive been trading futures for 15+ years electronically pretty much everyday. 1000's of hours of screen time and experience. My main trading markets are ES, ZB, ZN and some minor trading on CL, and GC. My son (in his late 20's in age) referred me to check out Connor and Ron Klemp videos a couple months ago. I was intriqued. NQ is to wild of a market for me to trade it manually. I have always avoided that market because it is thin and whipsaws retailers with major slippage to boot. Connors lives can not be faked. period. if there was some major timing delay, then maybe, yes. But there are not any. Now what he is selling verses what he is promoting on Live could be 2 different animals. we don't know.

They ask you to install AnyDesk, then OBS to record the session, Pete connects to your computer while you watch and he sets up everything after you login.

@@dancorkill7033 I was a little skeptical at first about it. But honestly business aside Peter has been good to me the few times I’ve used 1on1, he seems like a decent guy to me. That’s been my experience so far with him, however I still don’t have a working slightly profitable algo yet either.

Hello, sorry guys, I recently bought Peter's machine learning. I installed the latest version r9b directly, but I have a problem with training Connor's winrate model. If I enable incremental usage both in playback with second-level tick data and on live simulation, at some point the ninja completely freezes. I checked the machine learning file in documents/ninja8/templates/PATIResources and it seems to reach around 2000 kb... but then I don't know what to do besides closing everything and starting over WITHOUT enabling incremental usage. The chart also freezes if I try to directly create a new model with "train the model". Honestly, I'm very puzzled. But maybe I'm doing something wrong; I've reinstalled several times, but I still have this problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you.
What is your computer spec (processor speed, number of CPUS, amount of RAM)?
@@TheReallyRealEJ Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz, however i resolve with playback with 8X , i went to max velocity and the chart freezed...however i put 500 tick on nq and enable machine learning with use incremental and optimizazion series, with model connor winrate 0.65, stop 17tick , tick advanced ,
profit 16, breakeven +11 -8; and s/r lines 1:1...for now the playback has trade only 2 days and is at -5000 dollar
Hey Michael, I see that your patiml.exe is not running. This means the ML is disabled and therefore will not turn on the button.

There is a good reason why his streams have chat disabled. You have to submit questions and he chooses to answer them or not.

yeah my heuristic parameter button will not stay on when im using connors premade template the new one but as soon as i switch it to one of mine it stays on so i dont know anymore dude
it's one of 3 things. 1) Your PATI indicator has to be loaded on the chart. 2) Your PATIMLapp.exe has to be running in admin mode BEFORE you enable the strategy. 3) in the strategy settings, make sure number of trades is NOT checked and Win rate is checked ON. Heuristic should stay ON now provided you have Enable Machine Learning, Optimization and Incremental Learning checked ON
For heuristic button to stay on you need to uncheck number of trades and select target win rate it help me with getting the button to stay on.
