    *Bought for my son. We have had one for years, works great. Can cook indirect and smoke meat. Done chicken, ribs, turkey, and the regular **MyBest.Kitchen** hot dogs and sausages. Excellent grill*

    Set my volume at the lowest possible setting. Only way to listen to this guy without having your ears bleeding.

    How about a Gyro recipe w. tzatziki?

      Gabriel Berki we will see if we can make that recipe work. Gyro means “to turn” so it’s a bit of a challenge to get a true Gyro.

    You're not smoking chicken, you're BAKING it when you do at that high a heat. And in that little BBQ your heat source is to close for true "Indirect Heat" imo. AKA Two zone cooking. But in anyone's opinion you smoke ANYTHING at about 225/275 tops. Chicken included. No wonder you've only got 34 likes in a year.

    Maybe last half hour jack the temp to crisp the skin.....maybe, never tried it though....
