    15:16 4/πAc is not modulating index, it is amplitude sensitive i.e. Ka that is Ka = 1/Ac 👍🏻

      Then, as amplitude of carrier signal is far more higher than the message signal the V1(t) = Vc(t). Simple as that..!!

    Why do we always pass through BPF and not any other filter? Even in case of Square Law Modulator, BPF is used.

      Because we have to avoid law frequency components which are use less. If we use law pass filter then there will be a DC component

      It is not clear because he does not understand the physical reason the sidebands are generated, so like all professor just rely on some math to explain the result, but not understanding the how and why it happens. sorry, all professor do not understand this on all Indian videos and all others on internet too.

      Do the Fourier series of the wave and you'll see the odd harmonics are eliminated. It's related to something of half wave symmetry or quarter wave symmetry.
      I can't remember rn but if I solve it I'll remember

    Design and implement a switching modulator in MATLAB for Modulating a composite audio tone signal to the medium wave (MW) AM band which is used for radio broadcasting. The information signal is supposed to be a dual tone having two sinusoids X+1 kHz and Y+2 kHz, where X and Y are the first and second digit of your Roll no. respectively use the other best suited parameters of your choice for the camer frequency, filter types and their bandwidth. Analyze the time signals and their spectra at different stages of the implementation.

      Hello Goku ;P
      gp(t) is a way of representing the output signal. It doesn't exist in the circuit. We know that due to diode negative peaks of the input signal are vanished at the output section. If the time period of input signal is T, then on period of positive peak will be T/2 i.e time period of positive peak. So output will have postive peaks at every T/2 spacing.
      To be more clear just draw the sine signal and shade the positive peaks and erase negative peaks then you can clearly see positive peaks of period T/2.
      This is the output signal, now to represent the entire signal it requires complex math terms. To make it simple we can view the output signal as on period multiplied by original signal. This on period is gp(t), and that's the reason it has the width of T/2

      None of those 2 ideas will give him some money ;-) - just pass the ads on. Ad blockers won't show the ads, and he'll not make money. Downloading the video, well, self-explanatory. I will download them all on the playlist, but it's only to keep them in case the channel goes down or something - though, I won't watch the downloaded videos. Instead I'll watch here, so I can thank him. Either that or would you prefer that he made paid videos and we weren't watching them in the first place...
