How Biden's immigration legal status program works

President Biden announced Tuesday a plan to provide legal status to unauthorized immigrants married to American citizens. Around 500,000 people could qualify for work permits and deportation protections if they meet the proposed criteria. CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes breaks down the plan.
