I just saw this a few minutes ago and the text and everything disappeared except the content you filmed. I came back just now all is well and you have comments and views. The scenery is so beautiful in this area. The multiple colours that still adorn the trees and the ones that have softly landed as a carpet for your steps. I enjoyed the variety of shapes sparkled over ponds and everywhere immersing you into Autumn. The wooden buildings and the Bamboo forest also transport you to places real and maybe real. Anna, I remember that in Japan sometimes Moon Princesses could be found in the trunks of bamboo. Did you find any or were you the only princess there? You have a bit of a moonish glow in your words, and I'm curious. Keep laughing and smiling. Thank you for the visit, it is a beautiful area in all seasons, a time travelling sight.

Another fantastic video Anna. Never been to Arashiyama but it looks like a pleasant walk through the bamboo grove. The color of the leaves in Jojakko-ji temple was amazing. It's worth going there just to see that. As for your meal - simply mouthwatering. Take care of yourself and have a wonderful weekend.
I was able to visit Arashiama in 2019. It is now my favorite destination in Japan. I stayed at First Cabin Arashiama near the Kimono Forest. I arrived after the temple had closed so I only walked the bamboo forest.
