Great tips, I agree with what you say about watching content and learning through it. The trick I think is to watch it actively, I usually run a private server while watching a nardouthere video to practice the smokes I like as I see them.
I think its also important to take breaks from grinding the game, otherwise you might run into the problem of being unable to take perspective, which leads to stagnation!
