i found an error in your function . i don’t know was that for any reason or not . while typing the function for "x" formula the "weekday" formula is showing twice in your steps. while we do it theres one command in formula is missing . i will be pleased if you clarify this

Therefore, if you have a device maintenance time of more than 1 year, there will be errors on the "Mark Status" and "Filtered List" sheets. For example, in January 2024, I have jobs marked D, then in January 2025, these marked cells are still D. If I edit the formula on the "Mark Status" sheet, this file will no longer have storage value. Can you edit it to make it complete? Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback but this format is made that way. I have clearly brifed in the video that after selecting D, formula will vanish, so it's not a mistake, it's done intentionally. Coming to second point: This format is for 1 year, means schedule will be done for 1 year. In your case you have scheduled the tasks in January 2024, so the tasks will be scheduled till December 2024. In case you are starting to Schedule in January 2025. You will have to start with new fresh sheet. So this format is Complete. In case you still think that the format is incomplete, you can suggest me some way in which formulas will not vanish after selecting D

But I have extended the maintenance job duration not to one year (365 days) but to more than two years (1000 days) in the "PM Scheduling" sheet, then the other two sheets will be used to store the maintenance jobs (provided the start time is not changed). The other PPM Tracker on my Channel has the formula of Sequence and Sequence is available only in updated versions of Excel
