  • Triumph Scrambler 400 X is a bike available in only 1 variant and 3 colours. The Triumph Scrambler 400 X is powered by 398.15cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 39.5 bhp and a torque of 37.5 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Triumph Scrambler 400 X comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Scrambler 400 X bike weighs 185 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13 liters.
The Scrambler 400X has more rugged design elements, making it look off-road-ready. It gets a headlight protector, radiator, sump guards, and hand guards. The bike also has a handlebar brace and a longer front mudguard.
The Triumph Scrambler 400X is powered by a new 398cc liquid-cooled engine, which makes 39.5bhp of peak power at 8000rpm and maximum torque of 37.5Nm at 6500rpm. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Due to its off-road nature, the Scrambler 400X gets a much larger 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch alloy wheels are the rear.

I have taken its test ride 3 times, initially the seat height seems like a problem, but gradually we adjust to it.
    I am 5'7".

This is one of the Best Bike..Yes I agree Triumph Engines are best..But I gave my suggestions based on Indian Heights and as per Indian Traffic Handle Bar is little broad which makes little difficult..Overall Bike is Awesome..

You're right. It's important to question these points. You could have also mentioned the big front wheel & tire that are a bit less easy in towns & in road curves. I agree with many foreign journalists : if you are shorter, mainly commuting, choose the Triumph Speed 400. It will give you 100% satisfaction, agility, speed, confort & prestige. You will also be able to go touring smoothly even on dusty & bumpy village roads.

@@fredcredaz459 yes I agree..Speed 400 is marvelous Bike from Triumph..I took a Test Ride of speed 400 Yes It suits for daily compute as well as Long Ride for short riders..To be Frank Engine is brilliant and they build these bikes brilliantly. One thing they need to work on Every city or village area they need to have a spare parts showroom or shops so that the customer can purchase parts and repair there bike whenever, anywhere with the help of any mechanics..This is the Major issue with KTM Bikes..They have good bikes but don't have spare part shops..I Own KTM bike and am facing this issue right now...

Very interesting point, not enough if never discussed on TH-cam : Foreign spare parts, lack of Garage & competent staff and cutting costs. This the effect of globalism, a new form of colonialism without morality, the good of people and the sustainability of exchanges. Programmed obsolescence, lack of technical innovations, use of the same engine with different packaging (cometics), reduction of costs by reduction of quality and equipment. Simple motorcycles for the middle class and more advanced motorcycles for the rich. Asian countries reacted to this neo colonialism by producing locally, reducing the need for foreign parts, establishing exchanges in local currencies, creating joint ventures, and establishing rules on quality and monitoring. This is the real war, the economic war backed by sanctions and guns and even terrorism: destroying or weakening so called emerging countries and imposing their western brands on their terms. All of this is there when you make a purchase and search for spare parts...
