What kind of finish is Irvens recommended in particular for someone who doesn’t wanna have to worry about a long cure time who has pets or has a gas stove in the house and you can’t move the piece of furniture for her from it? I was researching Tung oil as one option For a finish, along with boiled linseed oil as another option. Yet another one was discussed shellac

Why not mix it with either white paint mix you mixed in another video (house paint, floetrol, Liquitex, and something else) to make your base?
I actually did in video 95. It did however, consume most of the pigment and only a bit of red shown through.
You can spray it over white paint but has to be mixed with clear media
