    Very interesting! I'm glad image processing is picking up. I'm also doing my thesis on image processing for atherosclerosis diagnosis

    I have done similiar thing since Google released the Inception V3 model last year . I have the prototype app on my phone. The app can classify with high accuracy around 40 skin diseases in real time. i trained it with the inception v3 on a dataset of over 50K pictures ( ~ 70K with augmentation ) using transfer learning . TOP 5 accuracy is over 90% - TOP 1 accuracy is around 65%.

    I have a question. At 4:51, you display two parabolas that overlap. What is the area where they overlap? I suspect it represents the images that the ANN fails to correctly identify (or fails to strongly identify as either malignant or non-malignant)? How will you handle those images?
