Hello, there is a big difference with Dr. Puley's rollers. Acceleration has been improved and is much smoother. I haven't tried Mallosi, but I have experience with Polini Variator. I also made a video with him. th-cam.com/video/Q6a-e7RD7fM/w-d-xo.html
The difference between me is in the color and possibly in the plastic, but I'm not sure about that. Visually, with Dr. Pulley's ordinary sliders, I saw no difference in their work on the variator.
My Vespa S 150 variator roller is making a rattling noise .I replaced it with new rollers and still it persist. Can you give any solutions? Hope you reply.
Hello, see if the roller beds in the variator are worn out. Also see if the variator bronze bushing is free. And what roles did you put on the original (Piaggio Vespa) or on Dr. Pulley?

Hey, did you have any issues with belt rubbing on oil pan? Your stock rollers were 13.5g?

Acceleration and little top speed with 12gr if you put 13gr top speed is increasing
