Solar City installed this on our panels as we had squirrels building nests underneath and chewing the wires. Since the panels/power is leased from Solar City, it was to their advantage to do this. But there is an issue. Leaves build up inside the mesh underneath and the only way to get rid of it is to remove the lower mesh temporarily and blow air (leaf blower) or spray water. This is happening on my lower panels, so it isn't hard to get to, though.

do you happen to have video or picture of how to put the bird guard on flat tile roof on a slop?(I'm talking about the flat concrete tile roof not shingle), I want to know what the guard look like on the slop side of the roof
Unfortunately, there are some panels on the market that do not have the lip underneath, so it will not work on them. Make sure your panels are compatible before ordering!

@@robinliu1207 yes there is a gap of about 3 to 4 inches. Panels do not sit directly on the roof but are raised up

On one side of my panels there is no flange to hook the clips any ideas how to install on that side ?
