@@LucasWorldTravel I'm still deciding when to go May or Oct is my target but I wanna explore many other countries in the Balkans trying to arrange where to start and end my hotels and activities so it's coming together slowly I keep making changes 😊
Hello! We love your channel. We first discovered you through your Iceland video, and now we are enjoying the Balkans series. New subscribers here! 😊🙋🏽♀️🙋🏻♂️
Oh my, the views of the city, bay and mountains are incredible. The narrow streets in the city are so cute. I was a little surprised that visitors are allow to walk inside that fortress area 😆 it did look like parts of it could crumble! 😆 I also wouldn't have been too excited to go out on the boat in the chilly weather, but it did look like it was worth it!
You can either fly into the capital Podgorica or into Dubrovnik Croatia. Then take a bus to Kotor. I would recommend flying to Dubrovnik though which is another lovely city with lots to see. Podgorica doesn’t really have much to offer.
We did not partake in any nightlife in December. However, if you search for Kotor nightlife on TH-cam you will see what the nightlife scene is like in Kotor.
And Montenegro is not a huge country. They have a good form of capitalism, public transit-wise. You'll get an affordable but to literally anywhere in the country, multiple times a day, for great prices. And the food ... Yum.
Don’t get to the fortress to early because the day I went, it was not open until Noon for climbing. ❤ the people are very friendly but they will stare if you are black. Other than that, beautiful country.
I saw KOTOR and I clicked on the video. The feeling of utter disappointment when I realised it's not about Knights of the Old Republic devastated me! Very cool place otherwise.
I absolutely loved Montenegro 🇲🇪
Us too! What an incredible little country!
I WISH I had this travel guide when we visited Kotor!
Sorry! I am the slowest editor ever. I’m determined to finally hire an editor though. I can’t do it all myself.
Beautiful! Thank you. 😊
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching!
Kotor looks so beautiful was thinking of going on a daytrip when I visit Croatia I definitely might make it a separate trip to stay a extra day 😊
Yes, it’s definitely worth it to spend time in Kotor. How is your trip coming together?

@@Lisa-kz7vw Yes, we know how that goes. Sounds like it's shaping up to be a great trip!
Lovely, I'll be visiting in April ❤️
Awesome! Hope you enjoy Kotor as much as we did!
Thanks for your lovely video which made me add Kotor to my bucket list!
Great! Kotor is such a beautiful destination and we definitely plan to go back.

Definitely chilly, but definitely worth it. We really want to go back one summer. We'll see if we can make it happen summer 2025.
Nice video! Looks amazing! Planning to go on september. Do you have to share the link of the airbnb where you stayed?

Nice videos guys
Thanks so much! Thanks for stopping by! 😊
Great video, I'm going.
You’re going to love it!
Great video. I am also planning to visit Kotor, is the big Montenegro tour worth it?
We think so to see Montenegro’s highlights in one day! You can also do it yourself by renting a car if you prefer though.
Hello, was it easy to get to Kotor? Where did you guys fly into?
You can either fly into the capital Podgorica or into Dubrovnik Croatia. Then take a bus to Kotor. I would recommend flying to Dubrovnik though which is another lovely city with lots to see. Podgorica doesn’t really have much to offer.
There is also Tivat airport which is nearest to Kotor, depends which airline you take, and the prices of course.
Could you share the link to your Airbnb or its name? Looking to going to Kotor without a car like you 😊.
Sure! Here you go! www.airbnb.com/rooms/37305126?source_impression_id=p3_1716728318_RWwuNcGfsAhOsn9Q
@@LucasWorldTravel Thank you so much!! ❤️
Im a single traveler. Will I enjoy it? Is there a nightlife?are there many tourists?
We did not partake in any nightlife in December. However, if you search for Kotor nightlife on TH-cam you will see what the nightlife scene is like in Kotor.
You will be safe and I'll be great solo. But if you want more of a party life, I really recommend Budva. You'll love it!

Budva is the best for nightlife and Ulcinj is underrated

Interesting! We didn’t experience the staring or the late opening. Thanks for sharing your experience though.
😂maybe some because most never seen black people before
In my days living in Kotor you could hardly see a foreigner, now you can hardy see a local.
Yes, it’s getting more and more popular, especially with the cruise ships.

Lol, sorry it was the wrong Kotor! Thanks for taking a break from gaming to see the travel side of TH-cam though.
