Great video. I identify with everything you mentioned since I've been traveling full-time for a few years too. Bedbugs and fleas are always a problem and time consuming since you have to go do laundry or just throw your clothes away. It's a blessing to go to countries where medical and dental care is accessible as opposed to the USA. I spent the pandemic in Cancun - by chance - and any type of prescription medication is cheap and easy to buy in Mexico. For better or worse, I don't buy anything unless I see the price, take anything anybody tells me with a huge grain of salt and will do almost anything to avoid taking a taxi. Google maps is great since it often gives you public transportation options from point A to point B. Safe travels.
We totally agree about medical care. We only worry about medical issues when we are in the US. When we travel, we can relax because everything is so much more affordable and less complicated to access.
Yo you guys are the best this is, this is priceless information. I know I will not be able to do all these places even maybe a handful of them but at least I got to experience it through your videos in your explanations and that lives in my mind somewhere forever so even if it’s in another lifetime I will visit there thanks to you guys truly truly appreciate it much love sincerely from Southern California Joseph-El Laureano
(Not everywhere but…) I have had the same experiences when alone in foreign countries. They were bold, very aggressive, mean. ( I had less problems in dance clubs in the US.) I hate that! If I’m with my husband, or even when my son was a young teen, men would act respectfully. I even had to deal with an African man on a plane headed back to the US. TERRIBLE. By the way ladies, never go home if someone is following you. Head to a police station or someplace VERY public.
It’s good that you went to the doctor because a cat can carry and a dog have really bad germs in their mouth that can make you sick that have nothing to do with rabies and you can also get cat scratch disease so it’s a good thing that you went.
I would be scared travel to some places where protests and unrest are common good you guy's were together I travel solo mostly. I visited Israel and Jordan back in September 2019 great experience went to Tel Aviv,Jerusalem,Hafia, Jericho and Dead Sea then in Jordan visited Petra fun life changing trip but I wouldn't travel solo there went with a tour group. I'm so afraid of bed bugs thank god I've never experienced I remember lying in bed in a hotel recently and feeling itchy like something was crawling on me and I was so scared it was bed bugs but I never had any red marks or signs of bites on my body anywhere my skin is very sensitive wow you guy's experienced a lot great tips and suggestions.
Believe me, we had no idea there was political interest in Peru until we arrived. We travel by region so we were done with Ecuador and Peru was next. It was just bad timing and completely unexpected for us and Peruvians alike I think.
Great video. I liked everything except for you riding the camel. Don’t ride the camels guys. It’s unethical and these animals are being abused by their owners.

This is very helpful information!
I've encountered blocked roads in Peru also, know the feeling. Great list of concerns, it's amazing what we can encounter!!
Wow! We were in Peru at the same time! We're you still able to do everything or did the protestors stop you from seeing things?
Very interesting! Good information.
Oooh - thanks for the reminder. I said I wanted to share my bedbug experience.
Please do! I hate how common bed bugs have become so common. But it good to share our experiences and how we deal with the issue.

Yes, it's crazy how quick men change when they see you are with a man vs. solo. Thanks for sharing your safety tips!

I stayed in a haunted house in Nara, Japan for 9 months. Creepiest almost-year of my life haha.
Wow! I can't imagine 9 months with a ghost. One night freaked us out so much!

Unplugging the tv did not help regarding the uninvited guest?
Unfortunately, we didn’t think to do that. It was my first time experiencing a ghost before so I didn’t know how to deal.
nice video Lucas World Travel. i want to edit your podcast
Thanks but we're good in terms of editing for the moment.
