Amazon seller customer service is absolutely ridiculous and useless. i have asked something else but they reply totally different, I felt some rebort reply to me , it happened many times.
I'm in the same boat. They have no live chat or phone support. I always get automated responses that are irrelevant causing me to go into a never ending circle of frustration
Do you have any recommendations on how to call them if you cannot get into your seller account? Got a new phone number and I cannot receive verification to change password and log in. Thanks!

I have been trying to call through multiple times but to no avail. it always says ended and no calls recieved. Recieves it using another number but they keep asking me to press the pound number but it doesnt work at all and it ends the call.
What if you can't log in and that's your problem? I was able to get in after having a dormant seller account for over a year, and then I started getting OTP 2 Step Verification which would not go to my phone. I contacted what I thought was seller support, turns out it was just Amazon support but they turned off my OTP on my account. Yet I still can't get in without that block even on different browsers. I have made multiple tickets for unable to access account with no response, and now I'm making sales on OLD items that are getting cancelled! Why would they allow these items to be up for sale again if they won't even allow the account open??
i have trouble even accssing the help page. the problem is i have tried to register a few times a seller but to no success. now i realize that i have several pending registrations and i just want to delete all those attempts because i have had several threads with them while registering and it was a night mare..either the responses were autogenerated or they didnt understand my frustration.Can you please help contact them to delete all those failed attempts?
Man my account was disabled for my “merchant address not matching my business address” but it does and I proved it to them and they still just send me an update email every week saying there engineers are working on it. This happened on the 20th of May…
