most important question please answer coz i am starting amazon in UK market, suppose if i want to do wholesale with brand and i unable to find that brand product in UK or it is not available means no one is selling that brand , can i source it from another country after obtaining invoice or authorization, coz i know we cannot source it from china amazon doesnt approve i am talking other country like india can we source that brand, or can we launch someone else brand by soyurcing from india upon authorization.
but when you answer the phone there is only Auto-responder if I wait it automatically hangs up after a minute, is it me that I have to call afterwards at this number?

The chat option was gone. Do they have specific hours for the live chat support?

Email support you normally get a response within 12 hours.
Only first option is coming not other option is coming.
Unfortunately in Canada they don’t call, they are not helpful at all
they just keep sending help pages they never call back.. its such a struggle.

the call option is gone. chat and email are still there.
Should still be there! Are you on a free or paid Seller central subscription? If you're on the free subscription, you do not get call support.
