Too Expensive 2.3 CR same price we get from Aparna , Rajapusha and rental income you get for 60,000/months here in Manikonda lo hardly we can expect 20,000 -25,000 / month max and 2.3cr is super expensive and its 2 yrs old - Waste of Money
This is 8.7k per sft ready to move in with fully furnished. It is less than 60 units per acre. Other high rise will be costing 10k+ + gst+amenities etc + furnishings. New one in Ap, RP will cost you 3.5 cr at least for this 2635 apt if you include all that. So can't compare cost one on one. Rent may be lower than in financial district. However for this unit 25k is TOO low.
