हमारे परिवार मे गुजराती रसोई" शो देखकर इसी विधि से बनाये है.बिना सोडा का उपयोग किये.
घर मे झारा नही है,इसलिए पीतल के चकली वाले सांचे से बनाए.बहुत सुन्दर अच्छे,हलके सौम्य बने.बाल वॄद्ध सभी बहुत पसंद करते हैं.
