Lawful vampires prevent robbery 90% of the time. True fact. This is such a fine deck builder despite the Imp going full on prevent. +1 for adding a grandstand for spectators. -5 for being the worst seats in the house.
That was a great video. I think that your two best cards for this scenario were the ax that increases damage based on enemy minions in play and the champion near the end of the game that can stun the enemy minions without having to use your combat points for them. I can also see how the encounter is hard when the minion is forcing you to discard almost your entire hand each turn, and you hope to get a break when you have to discard something you don't have in your hand. In addition, the red cards are gone, so you don't have the abilities to remove cards from your deck, and the starting cards will remain cycling through your deck as the game goes on. At least the encounter didn't have you worry too much on damage, since the master does no damage himself (only his minions) and if you can keep the minions under control, it might be slightly easier with the damage. I think the main way to look at this scenario is that the master tries to stall under the escape card is drawn the second time in the encounter which makes you lose, and he stalls by having you discard your cards through the imps and his abilities, as well as summoning minions that go to your area that you have to deal with. Also, I don't know if there were any green in the market cards that could force the opponent to discard cards (I don't know if you were require to remove them from the market deck for this game), but I think that if some of those types of cards pop up, it might have made it easier for this encounter due to that discard opponent. Anyway, I look forward to the next video. I think I remember that one of the future masters in one of the sets messes with the market deck/row by gobbling them up, and they can also remove your best cards from your discard pile, and if that master appears in the playthrough, I like to see if you're able to defeat it with those effects in place, since it'll be hard to deal with good cards being taken away from you almost every turn when you go against him.
@@DaletheCasualGamer I forgot to mention that you also forgot that you had the one-time elixir that you could have used, as well as your one-time ability that would let you stun an enemy minion. I saw them next to health dial for you character, and I don't know if you forgot to use them for this encounter (since you would have lost the elixir at the end of the encounter if you won), or decided not to use them, since they were pretty much there in the entire video without being used. In addition, if you had a turn where you couldn't do any damage and had a minion to deal with, the one-time stun ability from the fighter card could have helped to get rid of it so that you won't have to deal with said minion for another turn. Hopefully, you're remember them for next time. Anyway, I look forward to Encounter #3 in the series, which you'll able to upload it.
Thanks for the video. FYI, you missed destroying the Fire Gems several times (discarded instead of destroyed). Probably best to place them way over to the side nearer the supply piles to help remember. It seems like that axe card (extra damage with more minions) was crucial here with so many forced discards. I don't see how success would have been possible without it.
@Alfred Jones Thanks for watching! The health trackers are from Marvel Champions, the the stands are UberStax and you can find purchase information for them at www.uberstax.com . I also did a video highlighting them at th-cam.com/video/HBNRANBuKS4/w-d-xo.html and a handy attachment tray at th-cam.com/video/dyC9jiuOrwc/w-d-xo.html . Hope that helps and happy gaming! :)

@Kenny Felts Thanks for watching, and the tip. :)
Crazy good video! Looking forward to more. These plays are great. Really entertaining.
@writerguy911 Thanks for watching! Four more in the scenario coming. :)
You've got a great game set up. Where did you get your card stands and hit point counters from?

@@DaletheCasualGamer thank you good sir.
Hello thank you for your videos they are very good. However I was wondering where can I buy those health trackers? I live in Europe. Thank you.
@finalstander I borrowed them from my Marvel Champions game. :)
Do you think when an imp is brought back into play it should trigger that color ability for the master imp?
No. That would lead to never having a hand.
