    From the looks of it, the entire construction of this drain is flawed: It seems as if it is slanted TOWARDS the house, i.e. it will always be filled with water, and sediments never get flushed out.

  • @eastendthug

    Can anyone explain how the hose enters the pipe so effortlessly, especially whilst pumping in water at such a high velocity?

    • @jeschkec
      @jeschkec 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Because of the waters high velocity. The nozel on top of the hose is arrow shaped and the water pressure drives the nozel and the hose into the pipe.

      Each nozzle he uses is different. The one that sounds like an idling motorbike engine is the reverse root remover (correct me if I'm wrong), which may be a higher psi which could cause the hose to thumb around quickly (think a rubber hose connected to an air hose). The thumping is the combined sound of the metal head hitting the sides of the piping, and the water being sprayed out at a higher velocity.
      They've explained what tool head does what in between 198 and 199, I believe. I'm not there yet.
