Have you ever played on a Korg Kross 2? I ask this because the Kross is a model that is also lightweight in portability and battery powered. To my ears the piano sounds of this Roland Go keys sound better than the kross. The Kross 1 and 2 have a built-in 16-track sequencer and a modulation control while this model doesn't offer sadly. Nice excellent playing!
Oh, it is VERY far from weighted though the style of keys is like a piano than a keyboard. Light as a feather! So NOT weighted. It is springy though so slightly different from a piano. According to one user "The keys are not weighted, but probably offer a bit more resistance than most synth action keyboards do."
Really good acoustic and electric piano sounds
Howdy 🤠 Steve! 🎹 🙏👊
Very nice!
Thank you! Cheers! 🙏🙏🙏

Hi @stereobrowser! I have played the KROSS in passing but never made any comparisons. Interesting. I will look out for that when next I try it out.
How close or how far is the Roland go keys 5 from a weighted piano action feel?
